As a Partnership and Sales Media Planner of the Chesapeake Media Group and COOP, the primary role will be sales (Food, DSD, Pet and Discretionary LOBs), with some Account Management responsibilities (Build/Nurture client relationships). This role will be responsible for collaborating with merchandising, 3 rd party partners, and clients/vendors to lead and build holistic 12 month rolling marketing plans to drive both sales and revenue to exceed our internal annual targets. The Partnership and Sales Representative should understand and drive both the merchandising and vendor strategies through media. This position will directly report to the Manager, Partnerships and Sales.

Position Activity or Responsibility
Primary Responsibility is Media Sales, with a secondary focus on Account Management.
Lead account-driven sales planning & activation strategies based on unique program objectives of each CPG partner in the Family Dollar Food, DSD, Pet and Discretionary LOBs
Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas.
Responsible for collaborating with merchandising, 3P partners, and clients/vendors to build holistic 12 month rolling marketing plans to drive both sales and revenue to exceed our internal annual targets.
Communicate and drive the merchandising and vendors strategies through media.
Lead the annual plan development for top partners.
Cultivates client trust and relationships for repeat business.
Active participation in both JBP and top to top client discussions
Successfully manage the selling cycle / process with multiple clients simultaneously.
Ability to identify strategic growth opportunities for vendors to generate incremental revenue and sales.
Ability to lead and adapt the overall selling and planning process to maximize revenue.
Understand and adhere to various media and creative specs across channels.
Proactively monitor campaign progress, ensuring KPIs are being met and evaluating trends to identify key actionable insights to share with clients via regular check-ins.
Throughout each campaign, ensure creative, activations and final reports are delivered on schedule.
Master reporting tools to drive deeper insights and improved vendor relationships.
Limited travel when needed (10-15%) to meet and engage with assigned clients
