Job Duties:
· Manage teamwork and achieve established goals.
· Provide leadership and training to accomplish company goals and objectives,
· Implement cost-effective systems of control over operating expenditures and workforce.
· Direct and manage plant operations for safe and efficient production and processing of quality precast concrete products
