Job Title: Entry Level Warehouse Worker – Cheyenne, WY

Company Overview: Join our dynamic team at our Distribution Center in Cheyenne, WY. We support 71 stores by receiving materials from vendors and shipping them directly to the stores. We value dedication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Job Description: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in either Shipping or Receiving. You will handle various tasks to ensure the smooth processing of goods
Responsibilities:
Load and unload incoming trailers by hand, ensuring products are properly stacked on pallets.
Hand-stack products onto pallets in the truck for storage in the warehouse.
Load trailers by hand using the same hand-stacking process when working in Shipping.
Train on stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks if proficiency is demonstrated.
Unload trailers, transport, select, stock, and load heavy/large merchandise onto trailers for shipment to retail stores.
Observe incoming and outgoing merchandise for manufacturers’ defects and damage.
Handle merchandise carefully to avoid damage during processing.
Essential Skills:
Stable work history and a positive attitude.
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, including overhead lifting.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a large, loud, and busy environment.
Punctuality and strong attendance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Experience with loading, unloading, RF scanners, material handling, pallet jacks, shipping and receiving, and forklifts is a plus.

Work Environment:

Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6:30 PM, with one 30-minute paid break and one 30-minute unpaid break.
Overtime: Opportunity to sign up for overtime after 30 days of employment, contingent on good attendance.
Facility Tour: Candidates will undergo a tour of the facility before starting.
Permanent Hire: There is a chance for permanent hire after 520 hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.64 - $19.64/hr.
