Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Management Associate based in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be primarily involved in managing client relationships, scheduling client reviews, and coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient operations. This role falls under the financial services industry and requires a strong understanding of database management, social media platforms, and accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
• Respond and manage incoming phone calls and deliver messages as required
• Schedule client reviews and update any changes prior to the client meeting
• Utilize Orion software for client reporting and maintain accurate records
• Review cash balance reports with registered advisor on a monthly basis
• Coordinate with clients for Investment Policy Questionnaires and record results
• Handle ACH/Money Movement between accounts or institutions
• Open new accounts and perform ongoing maintenance
• Act as the first point of contact for client service requests
• Manage client indirect marketing activities such as birthday gifts and small events
• Carry out Compliance Reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Work closely with custodians on operational requirements
• Conduct monthly reviews with the advisor on recording investments and documenting the information in Redtail CRM system
• Manage the team calendar using Redtail CRM software
Requirements
• Proficiency in Database management and operations is essential.
