In this position, you will be in charge of providing exceptional support to their customers while managing inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilize and master CRM software to manage accounts
• Research and resolve customer inquiries while processing payments
• Build positive rapport and efficiently handle calls
• Negotiate with customers to maintain account status
• Support company initiatives and maintain compliance with regulations
• Multitask, adapt to change, and contribute to a cooperative team environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of call center experience (financial services a plus)
• High school diploma
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in telephony systems, CRM software, and computers
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to type 35+ WPM while talking
• Strong multitasking and conflict resolution skills
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to grow.
