What will you be doing?
This role is part of a large account team that supports one of
Circana\'s top food manufacturer clients. You will be part of a 6-person
Insight Team that works together to support several Client Brand Teams
that each manage multiple brands within a category or sub-segment. You
will leverage data across point-of-sale (POS), Consumer/Shopper (panel
data), eComm, and other Circana solutions to provide actionable insights
and recommendations. While this Insight Team has an area of focus, you
will be part of a larger team that supports Brand, Category Management,
Innovation, e-commerce, and Portfolio Strategy, with ample opportunity
to collaborate and learn from each other.
This role requires hybrid on-site 2 days a week in downtown Chicago,
IL
Job Responsibilities
Supports Circana\'s business through quality delivery of insights and
data. This role involves heavy interaction with Circana\'s clients and
internal teams.
- Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrate ability to analyze and
interpret data and translate it into meaningful solutions for
clients:
- Approach client with coherent, actionable, and fact-based
data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs
- Continually provide analytical solutions and business insights
to address any business gaps and/or opportunities and create
value for the client
- Identify business issues and opportunities and suggest the
appropriate level of analytic solution/approach

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, category management, or related
fields within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or similar
using syndicated or point-of-sale (POS) data - required
- Experience utilizing syndicated data solutions such as Circana/IRI
is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into
relevant implications
- Strong project management and process skills
- Able to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping
solve/manage content deliverables
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong analysis/consultative
skillset
- Bachelor\'s Degree in a Related Field
