We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help drive our business growth to new heights in our fast growing startup. You will work closely with the global CEO and Director of Marketing in defining and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, manage sales and marketing teams, and expand our market presence in the US market.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets, and optimize for maximum ROI.

  2. Content Creation and Management: Oversee content creation for various digital platforms, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content. Manage the content calendar and collaborate with internal teams to showcase product features and industry expertise.

  3. Social Media Management: Drive social media presence, building and maintaining a strong online community. Analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.

  4. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation..

  5. Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement. Implement A/B testing to optimize email performance.

  6. Brand Development: Build and nurture a strong brand identity for CADDi in the manufacturing industry. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

  7. Demand Generation: Develop and oversee lead generation strategies to acquire new customers. This includes offline and online marketing, event marketing, community marketing, seminars /webinars, trade shows, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns. Strong collaboration with the BDR/SDR team is also required.

Requirements

With these responsibilities in mind, our “Ideal Candidate” should possess the following attributes:

  • A proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably within the SaaS industry.

  • Experience in online and offline marketing and various digital marketing, design, and analytics.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to make strategic decisions that drive growth and profitability.

  • Possess a strong background in SaaS marketing strategies, CRM/MA/peripheral tools, and best practices.

  • Marketing savvy, loves marketing and knows wide variety of marketing approaches of best practice companies

  • Strong communication skills and negotiation skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff in a collaborative team environment.

  • A keen intellect, capable of advanced analytical and critical thinking, able to solve problems, and drive complex decision making.

  • Person who is willing to get his/her hands dirty, take ownership to deliver results, do whatever it takes no matter how strategic or operational that work is.
