Description:
-Demonstrate highly effective Superintendent tasks including; due diligence, design review, value engineering, defining subcontract scopes, negotiating contracts, establishing and controlling schedules, and reviewing and approving scope changes
-Field coordination between ownership and the office
-Maintain general conditions and job costing
-Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners
-Responsible for coordination with other subcontractors + other parties on-site
-Planning of all site activities by all sub-trades
-Ensure project aligns with high standards of safety and quality
-Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience working in a Superintendent/Site Superintendent capacity
-NEED Federal project experience
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred not required
-OSHA 30-hour training, (not required)
-Strong verbal and written communication
-Computer Skills: Proficiency using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook
-No clearances/badges required
