Description We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team located in Chicago, Illinois. This role is instrumental in conceptualizing, planning, designing, and producing a wide range of graphic and illustrative materials for business development, branding, and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Knowledge and application of both print and digital processes to produce high-quality deliverables
• Provide graphic support on various creative projects
• Lead design efforts for business development materials such as pitch decks and proposals
• Establish visual direction for company-wide templates
• Develop and maintain brand standards guides including logo design, web design, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with strategy and copy teams to articulate messaging
• Maintain relationships with all production vendors
• Undertake other design responsibilities as assigned by the team
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and other digital design tools to execute design tasks. Requirements
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Graphic Design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Demonstrable skills in creating Advertisements and Brochures to promote Brand Awareness.
• Proficient in the Design and execution of Digital marketing materials.
• Strong visual design skills, including a solid understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and layout.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts.
• Initiative-taking, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
• Up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
