The Role

RedMane has a full-time opportunity for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) expert as we continue to grow our Chicago based practice. The OCM Lead will be responsible for leading change management activities on our clients- 7 projects. They will apply structured methodologies to support communication efforts, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. They will provide input, develop plans, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the OCM lead in developing and implementing a strategic OCM framework, methodology, and tools for state government clients.

  • Assist the OCM lead in fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.

  • Support the OCM lead in designing and delivering OCM training and coaching business owners, enhancing their OCM competencies and capabilities.

  • Support and execute OCM plans and activities for multiple projects ensuring alignment with the project objectives, scope, and schedule.

  • Manage and update administrative documents to fulfill project requirements.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, change readiness assessment, and change measurement for projects.

  • Develop communication, engagement, and adoption strategies and tactics.

  • Help identify and manage OCM risks and issues, escalating and resolving them as appropriate.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of OCM interventions, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

  • Report on the status and progress of OCM projects highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

    The Organization Change Management Expert will need the following skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting and managing OCM projects and programs, preferably in an IT services organization.

  • Experience in applying OCM frameworks, methodologies, and tools, such as Prosci (ADKAR) and LaMarsh.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels.

  • Strong partnership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills '2013 written and verbal.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and address OCM challenges and opportunities.

  • Ability to work with data sets.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and creative tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Certification in OCM, project management, or related field is an asset.

  • Child Welfare and Health Human Services experience, a plus.
