Duties and Responsibilities

Master’s of Science in Clinical and Applied Mass Spectrometry (MS CAM ) Graduate Program:

  • Full responsibility for the day-to-day administrative components of the program

  • Act as the prime contact person and coordinator for MS CAM students and faculty

  • Manage recruitment and admissions process

  • Facilitate enrollment and registration of students

  • Provide full administrative support for all courses associated with the program, including class scheduling, student communications, coordination of exams and grading

  • Other administrative responsibilities as needed for the program

Crossover administrative support of other Cell and Molecular Physiology Department components:

  • Master’s of Science in Medical Physiology ( MSMP ) Graduate Program

  • Cardiovascular Research Institute ( CVRI )

  • Faculty recruitment efforts

  • Web page updates

  • Seminar series

  • Special projects and events

    Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least two to three years of related experience required.

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication

High level organizational skills

Ability to multi-task nd meet deadlines

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Must be self-motivated
