Job Title: Project EngineerJob Description
Manage solar construction projects independently from pre-construction to project closeout. Utilize company processes to meet or exceed planned profits. Understand and use project management tools for scheduling, financial reporting, budget management, and communications. Manage all financial aspects of projects, listen to client and subcontractor concerns, and react accordingly. Provide conceptual information to illustrate ideas, lead productive meetings, and prepare project baseline schedules and updates. Track financial budgets versus actuals, field productivity, and ensure project safety with audits and incident reporting. Identify and document project impacts, delays, and submit claims. Solve problems by understanding root causes and implementing solutions. Comprehend complex project concepts and manage for success. Expect overnight travel 3-4 days per week throughout the Midwest.
