Serves as the subject matter expert that designs, develops, and leads the implementation efforts for new innovative actionable strategies, operational plans, socialization of company goals, and cross-functional working groups in alignment with enterprise objectives and transformation initiatives. This role will create long-term added value for the company by emphasizing collaboration and culture to engage employees, build teams, and drive results while focusing on service-orientation with internal and external stakeholders, and continuously demonstrating how to challenge the status quo and encourage break-through thinking.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible managing the successful implementation of stakeholder requirements within quality, time, and budget constraints and managing associated risks.
  • Activities include but are not limited to developing project schedule, securing funding, and allocating resources.
  • Oversee project managers along with subject area and technical specialists to implement project requirements.
  • Act as the central point of contact between management and the complete project team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience preparing Sr. Management/ Officer presentations, facilitating stakeholder meetings across Operating Companies/geographies.
  • Experience with implementing experience strategy (employees, customers, etc) is a plus.
  • Experience with global business services is a plus - they would both be additional and as a plus not required.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading major corporate initiatives.
  • Strong human relations, communications, problem solving, project management, analytical and organizational skills.
  • The ability to build strong working teams and inspire an innate curiosity to explore new ideas.
  • Proven record of effective communication with stakeholders and senior management, with the ability to influence senior leaders through the facilitation of unconventional ideas.
  • Required strong technical skills with project management applications (Microsoft project or similar) and knowledge of technical and business issues related to erp, SAS, business, finance, accounting and related processes and software.
  • Strong knowledge of most up-to-date innovative practices, new technologies being used in various industries and strong business acumen.
  • Strong Office 365 skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and multiple projects

Minimum Education

Bachelor\'s degree in business, technical or analytical disciplines required.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in planning, analysis and project leadership, which includes management of all phases of cross-functional project teams.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be ligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: \$8,007.29/month - \$14,413.11/month
