This position reports to the Accounting Manager and through to the Controller. Your main priorities will be to prepare monthly account reconciliations, manage consolidation process of acquired entities, oversee fixed assets, assist in preparing support to fulfill compliance and audit requirements, and participate in operational projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and reserves to be reviewed by Accounting Manager

• Prepare monthly fixed asset register and rollforward to be reviewed by Accounting Manager

• Prepare monthly lease liability reconciliation to be reviewed by Accounting Manager

• Prepare internal documentation of current processes

• Prepare monthly consolidation process of acquired entities

• Reconciling intercompany accounts

• Assist with fulfilling requests to complete compliance and audit requirements

• Assist in other accounting and operational projects including Workday Core Financials implementation

Requirements

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Accounting

• CPA Preferred

• 3 years’ experience in public or corporate accounting

• Team player, recognizes and supports team goals over individual goals

• Self-managed and motivated with a strong success driven and achieve goals

• Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and tasks

• Integrity – implements and upholds company values

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Communicates effectively with various team members
