Responsibilities

• Are you excited about delivering complex solutions in the world of Investment Risk Management? Would you like to pursue your career in the role of UI Front-end developer to build out our risk application?

• We’re looking for a front-end software engineer who can:

• Design and develop high-quality software solutions for measuring risk in close cooperation with the business users

• Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment

• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements

• Build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues

• You will be working with our global crew located in US, UK, India and Switzerland focusing on supporting and enhancing our internal Risk platform. The solution is used in Asset Management for monitoring the investment risk of our clients

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in front-end web development, with in-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS

• Strong experience with React and JavaScript / TypeScript. And related experience with state management, React Hooks, Redux, Web pack

• Understanding of Digital Accessibility and experience of end-to-end and Unit testing

• Experience integrating with APIs using REST, JSON, Git, and streaming

• Experience in code review, continuous integration, and other contemporary methodologies

• Experience in Usability / UX testing and experience of GitLab CI/CD and experience with AG Grid, SVG, Highcharts, and Data Visualization are pluses

• Understanding of Security. Authentication, OWASP top 10, and basic financial knowledge (i.e. Stock, bond, options, etc.)

• Node.js development experience, knowledge of cloud environment (Azure) and BI tools like Power BI/Tableau
