About the Role
Uber Freight\'s Financial Operations team is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to oversee the end-to-end collections processes, with a focus on driving efficiency and improving metrics to accelerate cash flow. This leadership role will be pivotal in enhancing collections workflows, optimizing key platforms like Billtrust and Oracle, and managing an offshore BPO team to ensure effective and timely collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, collections process management, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coaching teams, and identifying opportunities to streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and get payments from customers faster.
In this role, you\'ll also play a key part in improving customer communications, training staff, and using data-driven insights to improve collections performance. You\'ll partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness, improve dispute resolution processes, and achieve key financial KPIs.

US based employees may also be eligible for a performance or sales incentive bonus program, participation in Uber Freight equity awards, and other types of compensation depending upon the role.
The salary range for this role is \$65,500 - \$79,850 a year.
