Robinson is seeking a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition to lead a team focused on the recruitment of Service Delivery, Account Management, Implementation, Supply Chain Engineers, and a variety of additional professional level roles. Your expertise in recruitment, along with your ability to motivate a team (direct and indirect), successfully collaborate with leaders, and partner with regional Talent Acquisition partners, will ensure your success in this role. You will closely manage the requisition load to ensure performance goals are met, especially goals related to time to fill and quality of hire, while maintaining a requisition load and supporting the team with recruitment tasks driven by an overflow of hiring demand, high-priority openings, and/or challenging roles. You will also be accountable for coaching and developing the team to meet performance expectations, collaborating with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure global requisitions are filled timely with the right talent.
This position gives you hybrid flexibility to work from home 3-4 days/week.
Responsibilities:
Measure, monitor, and communicate performance against hiring metrics
Guide employees in daily work activities and provide on-going coaching and feedback
Proactively understand TMC Customer Account support models including global locations
Ensure customer accounts are staffed quickly; aligned to time-to-fill metrics
Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates for the Service Delivery function
Ensure proper escalation tactics are enacted when time to fill goals are at risk
Ensure team follows defined service delivery commitments, job file management expectations, and recruitment processes
Establish and advance the direction of the team in conjunction with other Talent Acquisition leaders
Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders that have frequent operations and support hiring needs
Partner with Senior Leaders on “out of the box” recruitment strategies across TMC global towers
Ensure new People Leaders are trained on the TA and interview process
Full-cycle recruitment of hard-to-fill openings and additional roles as needed, approximately 20-30% of your time
Leverage recruitment insights, including market conditions, trends, and impacts to recruiter performance and hiring demand to support recruiters and consult with hiring teams
Participate and contribute toward larger talent acquisition service delivery model
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
Demonstrated experience authentically sourcing candidates
Experience establishing and maintaining active candidate pipelines
Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, HR, or related field preferred
Experience partnering/collaborating with and/or supporting global teams
Understanding knowledge of Work Visa requirements
Experience facilitating International Assignments
Strong business acumen and strategic orientation, with an ability to influence and consult
Excellent verbal, written and presentation/communication proficiency
Working knowledge of AAP and/or Diversity and Inclusion Strategy
