Responsibilities
We are looking for a Workday System Administrator to join our Enterprise
Technology team to administer our Workday system. You will be
responsible for providing technical support, configuration, maintenance
and reporting for the Workday system. You will also collaborate with
various stakeholders across the organization to ensure data quality,
compliance and efficiency in the system.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with
Workday system administration, preferably in a large and complex
organization. You should also have strong analytical, problem-solving
and communication skills. You should be able to work independently and
as part of a team and handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced
environment
- Serve as a point of contact for Workday-related inquiries,
troubleshooting and support escalations
- Configure and maintain Workday modules
- Work with the product team on the assessment, testing, support and
facilitation of Workday releases including help to coordinate
Organizational Change Management activities for software releases,
fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users for the product
team.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes
and enhance system functionality to improve overall efficiency
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of programs, systems and
processes
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices and new Workday
releases to recommend and implement improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human
Resources or related field
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday system administration,
configuration and reporting
- Proficient in Workday modules including HCM Core, FDM, FIN and more
- Knowledge of Workday security, integrations, business processes and
workflows
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage
multiple tasks and projects
- Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
Workday certification is a plus
