Pay Range: $129,000 to $255,000

Job Summary
Location: Chicago, IL
Hybrid Role: Tuesday -Thursday in office / Monday and Friday Remote
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Vice President of Experience Design to lead the "art of the possible" at Levy. As the market leader and most critically acclaimed hospitality company in our industry, we remain dedicated to pioneering the future and embracing what’s next. You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends and unique experiences in both current and future business verticals, assessing their relevance and potential impact on our business.
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and thrives on unconventional ideas and innovative approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Discover, assess, and synthesize the "art of the possible" in the hospitality space
Lead the sourcing and exploration of hospitality trends, innovative technologies and unique experiences
Generate products and concepts dedicated to guest experience in non-traditional hospitality channels
Identify and document market trends to uncover potential opportunities for evolution and disruption
Spend time experiencing cutting edge hospitality and experiences in all types of industries
Develop and manage a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals
Continuously map the guest experience to uncover areas ripe for evolution and disruption
Work cross functionally with key stakeholders across the organization to determine the applicability of new opportunities
Qualifications
7+ years of demonstrated success in leading and developing innovative projects within a company
Extensive experience in leadership roles within fast-paced environments
Proven success driving transformative product implementation within a large organization
Problem solver and team player comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and ensure alignment with business goals
Highly developed sense of ownership and responsibility
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen and experience managing a budget
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in the hospitality industry a plus but not required
