Executive Vice President, the Business Development Manager will play a
crucial role in shaping and executing our Business Development strategy
in alignment with the company\'s overall business plan, organizational
development, and strategic direction. Your leadership will be
instrumental in expanding our customer base, securing anchor projects,
and collaborating closely with the Marketing Department to ensure
cohesive business development efforts. Plus opportunity for incentive
compensation! Functional Requirements: Lead the business development
initiatives. Expand and nurture the customer base. Identify and secure
key anchor projects. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to align
business development and marketing strategies. Strategize and work
closely with account project managers/estimators (PMEs), facilitate
large account reviews with account PME and Vice President of Estimating
and Project Management to review relationship status with customers and
strategize for growing accounts. Travel to client and project sites as
required. Must be able to navigate various job sites, including the use
of ladders, high-lifts, and catwalks. Education and Experience: 3-5
years professional B-to-B sales. Selling services to manufacturing
industries preferred. Proven ability to produce effective sales
presentations and negotiate (close) the sale on mutually benefited
terms. Knowledge and proficiency with MS office applications, and
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database is required. Ability to
work independently with minimal oversight. Experience in the
construction industry is a plus. Physical Requirements: Prolonged
periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods
