Job Title: Travel Healthcare Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Travel Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team and grow with the company. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing healthcare professionals in travel assignments across various facilities. You will play a crucial role in connecting qualified candidates with rewarding opportunities while providing excellent support throughout the recruitment process. Must have 3-5 years experience.

This position is intended to provide an opportunity for the right candidate to take their career to the next level. In time if the individual grows their portfolio to high levels then the ability to hire, train and manage several travel recruiters is possible. Then ultimately run a Travel division that is currently green and growing. The pay range is wide it is based on what the candidate can develop over the first few years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruitment platforms, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates for travel healthcare positions.
• Conduct Interviews: Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for specific travel assignments.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their career goals and preferences.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and match them with qualified candidates.
• Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
• Provide Support: Offer guidance and support to candidates throughout their assignments, addressing any concerns and ensuring job satisfaction.

• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Pay range: $60k to $120k based on experience and overall knowledge of recruiting in-the healthcare travel sector.

This is a hybrid position based out of Chillicothe, OH. All areas are encouraged to apply as the Hybrid is negotiable based on experience.
