Reporting directly to the Sr. Operations Manager, this strong candidate will be responsible for managing strategic performance of the Pet and Wild Bird operations. This role will oversee department supervisors and look to develop loss analysis opportunities, process optimization opportunities, net pro projects and ultimately focus on continuous improvement while delivering financial results. This role will report out on Monthly KPIs, develop pipelines of optimization projects and direct the team that drives safe, quality product at the lowest cost possible. This role is a leader of leaders and is responsible for the development of the leadership team and the direct performance of the departments.
