Naval Air Systems Command ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in China Lake, California

Summary You will serve as a Administrative Officer in the Sustainment Group, Logistics Integration Dept. of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will be responsible for strategic vision, planning, goal accomplishments, and the ability to anticipate, plan for, and overcome challenges. You will provide solution oriented advice on administrative, financial, personnel, and contracts issues to competency management. You will responsible for business planning activities, budget formulation and execution within the department to ensure compliance with strategic mission, vision, and goals. You will be responsible for all policies, and procedures, and data calls such as A-11, NMCI, Tri Annual reviews, Manpower and any ADHOC requests. You will be responsible for supporting Department Paypools by managing tools such as the Performance Plan Tool and Rating and Performance Tool. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Utilizing the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning system, USA Staffing, CWA, TWMS, and DCPDS; 2) Planning activities, budget formulation and execution within a department; 3) Analyzing, evaluating and reviewing budget and financial data and support management decisions; 4) Demonstrating Excel skills and the ability to work as part of a team in fast paced and complex environment; 5) Advising on HR policies and requirements relative to hiring and staffing positions within the Department.
