The Indirect Procurement Country Manager, CEE is responsible to lead strategic activities for Indirect Procurement in CEE region (Czech Republic, Poland and Turkey). He / She secures the successful supply of indirect goods and services and leads assigned spend categories. He / She works closely with local stakeholders to identify, evaluate and implement cost reduction ideas, improve WADPO and improve overall efficiency of the process.

Oversee Indirect Procurement in CEE region ensuring competitive pricing, right service and quality levels with the best terms and conditions in line with company policies, rules and procedures.

Develop and implement of strategic initiatives within an assigned region and portfolio of indirect sourcing categories to drive value and achieve corporate goals (Deflation, WADPO, lead-time)

Develop world-class partnerships with global and regional suppliers and other organizations.

Establish long-term agreements where feasible to reduce transactional work and obtain optimal quality, service, price, and other terms.

Assess risk and manage risk mitigation plans.

Partner with global and regional stakeholders to drive procurement through the supply chain team and eliminate unmanaged spend and create synergies.

Lead strategic sourcing activities of a portfolio of indirect categories. Promote and deploy actions focused on spend aggregation and supply base reduction.

Develop category strategies, including market and industry analysis. Identify preferred suppliers. Establish and deploy plans to implement approved strategies in the locations.

Lead and manage the RFX, RFP process.

Establish and maintain supplier relationships, manage supplier performance, and facilitate periodic business reviews to continually identify process improvements, cost reduction and payment terms improvement opportunities.

Establish beneficial working relationships with various internal groups across the organization including partner programs, regional/country offices, legal, finance, and others.

Prepare analyses of spend data, category supplier bases.

Manage complex projects from conception through implementation, including change management.

Streamline day-to-day activities by promoting SAP Ariba VMI/Kanban/RFID/punch out catalogues or any other integrated solutions/new technologies to improve SG&A cost and overall procurement process efficiency.

Periodical reporting on project progress, functional KPI’s and market trends

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and track records of the strategic sourcing and category management.

Experience in Relationship Management. Has collaborative skills in managing relationships with internal and external partners.

Service-oriented mindset, with a desire to ensure client satisfaction.

Strong project management and problem-solving capability.

Results-oriented and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Negotiation skills.

Analytical skills.

Working knowledge of SAP Ariba.
