Description We are offering a role in Christiana, Delaware, for a Business Analyst with a focus on managing and updating employee data and records. This is a short-term contract role in the telecom industry, where you will be responsible for adding/removing employees from Client Employee Rosters and updating/uploading various employee file documents. You will also be scheduling Employee Medical Surveillance procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Adding and removing employees from Client Employee Rosters as required.
• Updating and uploading employee file documents such as job applications.
• Scheduling Employee Medical Surveillance procedures including Pre-employment Drug Testing for DOT Regulated employees.
• Managing and maintaining accurate records of all employee data.
• Using Business Requirement Document, Database, and Documentation skills to perform tasks efficiently and accurately. Requirements • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role or similar
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed Business Requirement Documents
• Proficiency in working with databases and managing data
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate processes and procedures
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to drive meaningful insights from data
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
• High level of proficiency in relevant software and technology tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
