Key Responsibilities:
Reduce engine downtime by utilizing Quickserve and improve the QS KPIs (Shop Efficiency Improvement, Productivity)
Increase the NPS (Customer satisfaction) by Legendary service QS process
Performs Job Safety Assessment, troubleshooting and repair planning.
Record all the necessary information accurately whilst service in progress (Timesheet, Service report, Warranty claim, inspection report etc).
Performs required repairs following proper repair procedure.
Engine Field Service for Warranty, Sales support and Retail Chargeable Service
Engine troubleshooting repair and rebuild
Repair Parts handing – Return
Engine Test / Painting / Delivery to customer
Observe the safety standards when working with equipment and tools
Qualifications
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- Basic Electric Knowledge (BETT/INSITE Qualification)
Experience:
Strong service quality by Policy & Procedure (Facility, Tools, Work Process).
Expert users of Mechanical and Electronic Diagnostic Tools and Information for engine.
Responsibilities

Experience utilizing QuickServe.
Thorough knowledge of JSA Checklist / Safety training.
Tooling Usage & Basic hands-on Skill
Qualification training for required engine model
Basic Electric Knowledge (BETT/INSITE Qualification)

Experience with Failure analysis.
