We're looking for a ERP Business Analyst I -Settlement and Reconciliation to join our ever evolving Reconciliation team to help us unleash the potential of every business. About the team Settlement Operations & Settlement Accounting are functions that exist inside our Treasury organization focused on moving and reconciling funds between processors (i.e., Visa, MC) and merchants. This role will be devoted to the implementation of our new automated reconciliation tool (AutoRek). Primary responsibilities include providing and loading data, gathering and documenting requirements, training and problem solving within AutoRek, and finding ways to increase efficiencies through best practices and automation. What you'll own * Develops and produces high quality requirement specifications that enable development of a functional design. Works with users, architects and developers to validate requirements. * Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff. * Writes and executes thorough functional test plans to ensure system changes are working properly, existing processes remain unaffected and user needs are met. * Demonstrates an understanding of ERP system tools and how to resolve technical issues with those tools. Primary focus of this role is supporting automation of accounting reconciliations using a cloud-based reconciliation tool, and utilizing cloud-based data to enhance accounting, reconciliation and reporting processes. * Trains internal users, support personnel, conversion teams and/or external customers on system changes and/or new procedures. * Understands how Worldpay reconciliation and data systems and processes integrates with other Worldpay applications and solutions and use of ERP systems within the financial industry as a whole. * Provides new and innovative alternative solutions to system and application challenges. * Assists in identifying external and internal customer problems and needs. Provides information to educate customers and monitors customer satisfaction. Effectively handles demanding or upset customers. * Serves as a functional resource for others. * Other related duties assigned as needed. What you bring Experience in developing detailed business needs analysis and conducting Fit Gap analysis is required * Knowledge and experience with testing methodologies, development and execution is required * Experience in ERP system customization using recognized best practices is required * Proven success in ERP implementations, upgrades, maintenance and/or support is required * Knowledge of business process flows in an ERP system is required * Experience in full life cycle development with an emphasis on incremental, iterative development and deployment is required <
