Job Description
Equipment mechanic will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, and repairs. There will be a mix of electrical & mechanical installs and repairs. Ability to conduct install and repairs for GPS, back-up cameras, new technologies, repairs on all their equipment (bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, cranes, scissor lifts, etc)

Must be able to provide your own tools
Must have a minimum of one year 12-volt electronic, automotive, mechanical and/or technical work experience or related schooling, to include a basic understanding of installation services and basic troubleshooting skills.
Must have basic IoT and Technology troubleshooting skills.
Must have basic electrical skills i.e. DVOM testing, able to identify different battery connect methods. (series, parallel, etc…)
Prior work with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines, preferred.
Must be able to regularly travel for this position, including overnight or multi-night travel within an assigned or designated area.
Must possess a current and valid driver license with a clean driving record
Work Environment
Primarily will be a Field Mechanic, traveling nationwide. 90% of the role will be travel. Driving company vehicle. 6-12 weeks at a time on the road. Hours are primarily during the day but could be late afternoons, depending on clients schedule/availability.
