Salary: $30.01 Per Hour
This position is Service Contract Act which is subject to Health & Welfare benefits
Position Summary: Responsible for completion of day-to-day office tasks and the procedures listed below in a timely and organized manner. This position will be Monday-Friday from 7am - 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) data in e-maintenance database
Enter work order and service call information using e-maintenance database
Answer help desk line in a professional and friendly manner and route calls accordingly
Communicate with the maintenance crew on service calls
Maintain service call logs
Provide timely, courteous, and knowledgeable response to information requests
Provide Program Manager with payroll hours for MID and EOM reports, number of service calls, and PM's completed
Provide weekly purchasing logs
Order supplies needed for service repairs, preventive maintenance, and work requests
Assist with getting quotes for materials and services and open new vendor accounts
Create internal subcontract requests, purchase orders, change orders, and due diligence requests as needed
Provide Program Manager with MID and EOM totals for material and services
Organize office operations and procedure literature
Provide general support to visitors
Provide Program Manager a weekly summary of subcontractors to be on site the following week along with the task to be performed
Prepare required monthly and weekly reports required by the Client
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of 3-5 years of previous administrative experience required.
Experience working with federal agency preferred.
Computer skills required: Proficient in MS Office (package), and Adobe software.
Other skills required: Highly attentive to professional details including style, grammar, and document formatting.
