Job Description
A retail client is seeking a Procurement Admin for a fully remote opportunity working eastern standard time hours. This client is selling off multiple stores to another retail company and will be providing procurement payment support for internal purchasing, as the transition is made over the next year. The admin will provide support for these stores placing purchase requisitions, reviewing request for purchases, receiving invoices, and navigating through Coupa, their procure-to-pay software. To be successful in this role, this individual should have a background in navigating software, working with invoices/payments, and a knowledge of procure-to-pay.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of software experience entering and reviewing data or payments
Knowledge of procure-to-pay (electronically managing invoices and payments)
Experience using payment software (Coupa, SAP Ariba, GEP SMART, PRM360, Procurify, Precoro, Spendflo, etc.)
High School Diploma Experience using Coupa for procure-to-pay null
