Procter & Gamble Sales - Procter & Gamble Professional - Customer Logistics Leader in Cincinnati, Ohio

P&G Professional is a leading manufacturer and marketer of away from home products. P&G Professional Customer Logistics Leaders are part of a multi-functional Customer Team which includes experts in Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Information Systems to provide the resources needed to develop a new and successful way of doing business.

We are looking for individuals who are leaders and have a history of making things happen. We are seeking candidates who are analytical thinkers, problem solvers and excellent communicators. The successful candidate is someone who can set priorities and follow through on commitments, as well as demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative. Experience in both logistics and sales is a plus, but not required. Customer Logistics Leaders are the unique end-to-end link between our plants, distribution centers and our customers. Our selling begins with developing a concept - a new way of looking at events or business - then pulling together the information to explain the concept and finally persuading our account to accept the recommendation for one or more specific courses of action.

As a Customer Logistics Leader, you will:

  • Partner with Sales to commercialize Supply Chain Value, improve our selling advantage by driving category growth and execute joint business plans to meet or exceed our financial objectives.

  • Develop collaborative partnerships with our customers.

  • Develop collaborative, productive end-to-end working relationships with our plants, distribution centers, sales and key customer contacts in a positive way.

  • Be a supply chain expert, leading programs to optimize service, cost, and cash.

Desired (skills/experiences) for the role; not required:

  • Spanish proficiency

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management/Value Creation

  • Experience in Joint Business Planning

  • Previous experience in a field-based sales position

Requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Must live within commuting distance as relocation assistance is not provided. This role is based in Cincinnati, Ohio
