We are seeking an experienced and accountable leader to serve as the Senior Director of IT Applications and Solutions support for our Distribution Center Operations. This role will be pivotal in driving operational efficiency and excellence through the strategic management of IT platform, applications, systems and solutions that support our distribution centers.
Critical Skills
Strong leadership experience with a focus on operational excellence
Expertise in IT on areas of Warehouse Control Systems and Warehouse Management Systems
Efficient and effective troubleshooting skills in a high-pressure environment
Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis
Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, TCP/IP protocols and client-server applications
Strong troubleshooting skills of integrated multi-tiered systems and applications
Additional Skills

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
