Responsibilities:
Foster a culture focused on safety, service, people, quality, and cost to foster sustainable growth.
Set and uphold safety standards, coach leaders and teams to promote safe behaviors, and lead accident investigations when necessary.
Establish sales targets for your region, develop action plans, and adjust strategies with the management team to achieve goals.
Lead change initiatives with strong communication skills, ensuring active participation and follow-through on execution.
Monitor and maintain a best-in-class customer service experience, working with teams to resolve service gaps.
Prioritize talent selection and development across all roles, ensuring the right people are in the right positions.
Create an engaging work environment where employees feel valued
Identify and address gaps in processes, compliance, and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Proactively raise issues and collaborate cross-functionally to develop effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 7+ years in a Sales and/or Service Management role ideally in route-based operations.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $104,625 – $174,375 annually with eligibility for a 30% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
