About the Role
Turtle is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant at our headquarters in Clark, NJ. This is an on-site position.
What You'll Do
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
Receptionist coverage for lunch breaks and time off
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Scan vendor invoices
Assist with office events
Accounts Receivable admin work
What You'll Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Pleasant phone demeanor
Ability to multi-task
Ability to lift 10- 15lbs
Ability to be flexible
Ability to Upload documents
Draft and respond to emails in a professional manner
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word and Adobe
