Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Production Worker to join our team. The role involves operating equipment to produce foam for production, gluing and assembling helmets, packaging and labeling parts for shipment, and pulling parts as needed for production.

Previous manufacturing experience
Comfortable lifting up to 30lbs
Comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts

Work Environment
The work hours are from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The 2nd shift is from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a $1.50 shift differential. The 3rd shift is from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Saturday morning, with a $1.00 shift differential. Overtime hours are from 5:00 AM to 3:15 PM due to current staffing shortages. Once fully staffed, the schedule will revert to 6:00 AM to 2:15 PM. The facility is very clean, organized, mild in temperature, and well-lit. It is quiet, and employees can listen to music with one earbud during work hours. Gym shoes and casual dress are required, along with appropriate eye protection.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
