Job Description
Reporting to the Global P2P Workstream Lead, this dynamic role is at the forefront of our operational excellence, driving precision and support for pivotal M&A and internal projects. We are seeking a proactive individual who not only thrives in a high-performance environment but also champions change management processes. Collaborate effectively with your team and business counterparts, ensuring adherence to company policies and delivering outstanding service to Informa customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
As a P2P Workstream Analyst, you'll be entrusted with the following responsibilities, alongside any other reasonable duties as required:
Assist with the preparation of reports needed for projects
Support UAT as required ensuring that standard processes are followed, and any issues identified are escalated and resolved
Assist with analysis work to help support decision making around projects
Assist with completing expenses related work required as part of the project, including updates needed to the expense system
Assist with project related supplier reconciliations
Assist with reviewing the AP ledger and resolving issues that are identified
Assist with the production of desktop procedures for any non-standard processes as a result of project work
Coordinate with accounting and support teams to resolve issues identified
Answer colleague and supplier questions with regards to process changes
Ensures and maintains confidentiality
Analyze and solve ad hoc problems using knowledge of business and systems
Support ad hoc requests from the project delivery team
Qualifications
Good working knowledge and understanding of SSC processes and how these fit into the wider environment
Good understanding of all AP/P2P processes including best practice in AP/P2P, people, processes, and technology
Evidence of making decisions at the right time based on the information available.
Good communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, internal departments and key contacts
Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential
Good time management skills
Organized, diligent with attention to detail
Additional Information
The pay range for this position is $16 - $19/hr depending on experience.
