We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) customer service professional with exceptional people, communication, telephone and computer skills. Your primary responsibility will be contacting, interviewing and screening applicants for our clients' jobs. In addition, you will address inquiries, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. The desired candidate will communicate effectively both over the phone and in person demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all communications. Strong computer proficiency is will help navigate our systems and accurately document customer interactions.
