About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Deposit Operations manager to join our corporate team here at Third Federal. This person will be responsible for overseeing several operational associates and Deposit Operations processes to ensure we provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role has hybrid options after a training period. Onsite is based at our Corporate Campus location (7007 Broadway Ave, Cleveland, OH 44105).
Responsibilities
- - Provide leadership, coach, train, manage performance, and develop associates

``` - - Establish and maintain knowledge of Third Federals product offerings; traditional products include checking, savings, CDs and retirement products and electronic products including remote deposit capture and debit card portfolio

``` - - Supervises and assists with account issues as they relate to Deposit Operations.

``` - - Ensure that team members exceed expectations and demonstrate Third Federals values

``` - - Investigates and resolves complex issues and requests from Third Federal Saving & Loan internal/external customers, which may involve in-depth research and a comprehensive knowledge of all products and deposit regulations and laws.

Qualifications
- - 2+ years of Deposit Operations or banking supervisory experience required
