Kelly Services is partnering with a prestigious University in Cleveland, Ohio and we have an immediate opening for an experienced Department Assistant.
Wage: $21.89/hr
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Responsibilities:
Manage senior leadership calendars using Google Suite
Handle communications with leadership, staff, vendors, and students (verbal and written)
Make travel arrangements
Submit expense reimbursement
Prepare presentations in PowerPoint
Work with large-scale spreadsheets in Excel
Proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Suite
Comfortable working with financials
Front desk ambassador
Qualifications:
5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
A HS Diploma is required. An associate degree in accounting, management, or more education is preferred.
Comfortable with technology and various computer software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
