**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Aids aircraft flight crews and passengers with arrivals and departures by assisting with all service needs including safe aircraft parking, baggage and cargo assistance, catering loading, coffee, ice, papers, vehicle placement and more. • Provides safe and timely ground services such as ground power, lavatory and potable water, tugs, refueling trucks and deice. • Adhere to and perform all required quality control standards and procedures as directed by; company policy, ATA 103, NFPA 407, SPCC and other governing agencies. • Performs audits and inspections as assigned. • Keeps all work areas including ramp spaces, hangars, offices, and parking lots clean and free of clutter and debris. • Receives fuel deliveries as needed. • Transports customers to various locations both on and off airport property and complete general errands as needed. • Performs various groundskeeping and janitorial duties as assigned. • Adheres to all company uniform standards and always maintain a professional appearance. • Tows aircraft and provide wing walking services as needed and with strictest adherence to towing and company SOPs. • Works a flexible work schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and on-call. • Performs all other duties as assigned. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups, and/or board of directors.
