Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144-2302 ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF) The Account and Documentation Services team supports Key Private Bank (KPB) and Institutional Advisors Services (IA) in coordinating the Onboarding of KPB and IA Trust Accounts which includes document prep, Know Your Client and Global Trust Account coding establishing new accounts as well as coordinating maintenance changes to account coding on the Global Plus Trust Accounting system. The team has responsibility to read the governing trust and custody documents and evaluate the legitimacy and appropriateness of the account coding. The Operations Analyst is responsible to ensure that all required documentation is in place to support the preparation of client documents needed for trust accounts, Account coding, as well as ensuring that compliance ramifications are understood and properly addressed. The department partners with other teams to ensure proper set up and coding of accounts on the Global Plus Trust Accounting system as well as ensuring a high level of client service while also ensuring that risks to the organization are mitigated. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Demonstrate an understanding of the end-to-end of the Account Onboarding process including document prep, Know Your Client, account set up, maintenance, and audit. Responsible for opening trust accounts includes client document preparation, reporting on a quarterly rotation, provide backup on assigning workflows as needed. Demonstrate an understanding of account coding requirements, including legal, tax and regulatory aspects, as well as possible variations and exceptions to coding based on various account types as it relates to new trust accounts or maintenance requests. Review and interpret trust and custody legal agreements to determine the legitimacy and appropriateness of account coding and maintenance changes as permitted under the document. Demonstrate a solid understanding of USA Patriot Act and other regulatory requirements for information and documentation as it relates to new account set up and maintenance issues. Audit workflows of other department team members. Document processes performed to written procedures and guidelines. Positively represent the team and the organization to Line of Business partners, as well as in client interactions. Assist in the development of positive relationships between the team and Line of Business partners by exhibiting a professional manner daily Meet performance objectives for accuracy and timeliness in completing actions by managing time effectively and balancing workload to meet required deadlines. Contribute ideas for improvement appropriately. Participate in and lead small department initiatives to increase efficiency and improve service Demonstrate superior customer service skills. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Four-year degree in Business or Finance OR equivalent work experience Ability to learn detailed processes quickly and function independently with limited supervision. Proven analytical and quantitative ability. Strong work ethic with high energy and drive. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience and success in a team environment. Proven ability to independently research and problem-solve complex issues with limited supervision. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong detail focus. Strong peer leadership skills. Qualified candidate must be able to report to the Tiedeman Offices (Brooklyn, OH) at least 2-3 times per week or as business needs dictate.
