Work you'll do
Transform requirements into architecture and blueprint diagrams for the solution being created
Provide technology perspective to business to help guide road mapping and prioritization
Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders
Develop the Solution concept to provide an initial conceptual overview for what is to be built
Develop the Solution Architecture (SA) artifact to describe the current state of the system, target state functionalities (business processes, high-level capabilities and requirements, conceptual technical architecture components)
Develop the Vision, Scope, and Architecture (VSA) artifact to communicate and store enterprise architecture designs and principles
Conduct an artifact review process and ensure that all the artifacts are reviewed by the relevant stakeholders, and their comments and feedback are addressed prior to sending the artifacts for signature
Coordinate and conduct the artifact signature process; and ensure that artifacts will be distributed for signature in timely manner and signatures are received by the planned timeline
Communicate with and escalate the issues and risks
Provide recommendations and input for improving the documentation process
Participate in the meetings/briefings directed by IRS Delivery and provide status of assignments and present impediments
Identify stories that would require documentation updates

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5 years(+) professional experience with Technical Architecture
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
