Case Western Reserve University Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Cancer Research - Case Comprehensive Ca in Cleveland, Ohio

Posted May 17, 2024 The Case Comprehensive Cancer Center (https://case.edu/cancer/), an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center at CWRU, with affiliates University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic, is currently inviting applications for tenure track/tenured faculty positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. We are seeking applicants with PhD, MD, or MD/PhD and expertise in basic/translational cancer research, particularly in the following areas: animal models, bioinformatics, biomarker development, genetics and epigenetics, immunology, metabolism, novel target and drug discovery, and single-cell omics. For Assistant Professor positions, candidates must have a track record of outstanding cancer research productivity, as well as high potential for securing extramural funding. Senior level candidates (Associate Professor and Professor) must possess national or international reputation in collaborative cancer research, a distinguished publication and funding record, a commitment to mentoring, teaching, and leadership, and other qualifications necessary for a tenured appointment at CWRU. Successful candidates will be expected to collaborate closely with members of the established basic and translational Case CCC research programs. Primary appointment will be in the CWRU School of Medicine.
