• Understand and perform TPM preventative maintenance activities.

• Ability to setup and operate all equipment throughout the warehouse.

• Ability to read machine schematic diagrams. Able to work with PLC and controls effectively as needed for maintenance.

• Ability to develop and maintain standardized work documents, Excel spreadsheets, and basic Word documents as required to maintain effective preventive and predictive maintenance standards.

• Able to use all types of hand tools and power tools, electrical testing equipment, and various painting, moving, and construction equipment.

• Able maintain tools and equipment.

• Ability to read and understand blue prints, control plans, routers, job instructions and measurement tools. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components for preventative maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for maintaining and repairing all aspects of the facility including machinery, equipment, buildings, and grounds.

• Builds, rebuilds, troubleshoots, and repairs all facility machinery to company standards.

• Maintains building and facilities to company standards.

• Works with maintenance and production leaders to establish task selection and priority.

• Works safely at all times and attends appropriate training seminars.

• Support overall business objectives as defined by management.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
