Pay Range: $80-84/hr
Our client, a global leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to be part of their dynamic team. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Facilities Department and collaborating with various teams to drive successful projects. If you have a passion for project management, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you!
What’s the Job?
As an Engineering Project Manager, you will:
Participate in the development, implementation, and coordination of the capital budget to improve and maintain equipment and facilities.
Lead and manage assigned capital projects, including new equipment installations, plant layout design, and manufacturing automation projects.
Monitor outside contractors to ensure compliance with company standards related to sanitation, safety, quality, and productivity.
Have a working knowledge of environmental activities such as air quality, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and solid waste management.
Be responsible for project cost, schedule, and performance.
What’s Needed?
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A B.S. degree in Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
3+ years of capital project management experience and 1+ year of budget management experience.
Strong understanding of engineering economics ..
Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
