Job Details Strategic Planning: Develop and implement site level strategic plans for materials management specifically tailored to high volume disposable medical devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align materials management strategies with overall business strategies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize inventory levels for high volume disposable medical devices. Utilize demand forecasting techniques to anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust inventory levels accordingly to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs.

Logistics Management: Oversee the transportation, warehousing, and distribution to sterilizers of high volume disposable medical devices to ensure efficient and compliant operations. Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes, minimize transit times, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the materials management team specialized in high volume disposable medical devices. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor materials management performance for high volume disposable medical devices. Analyze KPI data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics and insights to senior management and regulatory authorities.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to materials management for high volume disposable medical devices. Implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and regulatory compliance risks.

Assure day to day material requirements for production needs are met to support our customers.

Ensure inventory accuracy, including cycle count program

Maintain inventory levels within established levels/budgets

Manage production scheduling in the most effect way to maximize productivity and assure product availability

Partner with Global Procurement to manage the supplier base for the most cost effective pricing and on-time deliveries

Participate in MRB to review non-conforming materials and ensure timely disposition of materials and appropriate corrective actions from suppliers

Promote an environment of continuous improvement through employee involvement and recognition

Promote practices that continuously improve housekeeping and visual controls

Responsible to ensure that personnel are trained properly to perform the jobs assigned; and operate in compliance with company policies and procedures

Evaluates projects for optimization and or savings, fostering competitive service and/or improvement along with potential cost improvement actions.

Evaluates, selects, implements, and ensures proper use of material handling systems, warehouse management systems (WMS) and related transportation management systems (TMS).

Leads team competency and skills requirements, training, and employee development programs.

Maintains activity record and all benchmark reporting. Reports all related activity and ensure integrity of data.

Manages storage capacity, facility layouts and design, and operating procedures within Clinton warehouse.

Manages the safe, secure, and on-time receiving, storage, and shipping of Haemonetics materials and products.

Meets ll service requirements. Works cross functionally to investigate service failures and develops, implements, and monitors appropriate corrective and preventative actions.

Oversees cycle counting process. Ensures accurate inventory counts and investigates variances in inventory counts.

Participates in development and execution of AOP budgets and Distribution OPEX spend. Also responsible for budget tracking to plan, determining reasons for trending of actual results.

Comply with all ISO 14001 requirements.

Comply with internal environmental management system requirements, as applicable.
