We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will support the sales team by managing key accounts, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that arise. Responsibilities
Support the sales team in managing key customer accounts.
Enter and track shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
Communicate regularly with customers about the status of shipments.
Schedule pickups and deliveries with warehouses and customers.
Resolve any issues related to shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
Accurately enter data into the Transportation Management System (TMS) and prepare loads for accounting.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Carrier Operations Group to address shipment, billing, or operational issues.
Maintain and monitor performance reports and ensure accuracy.
