Emerson Customer Success Data Analyst in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

The Customer Success Data Analyst , part of the Customer Success Center Of Excellence, plays a key role in optimizing customer satisfaction and retention by leveraging data insights. You will build insightful and interactive dashboards to support business analysis, internal reporting, and decision-making.

Using existing data sources and sometimes crafting customized ones, you will partner with business functions to optimally deliver insights.

Success in this position requires a high level of organization and coordination with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Product Management, Sales channels, Administration, Legal, Accounting and others.

In this role, You Will:

  • Create and coordinate key reporting for the Customer Success team, partnering with all required internal collaborators to provide reporting on critical metrics and business results

  • Find opportunities for active workflows/processes automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth

  • Review and improve analytics processes, methods, and resources to improve efficiency, accuracy, and security, implement policies and procedures that keep company data and information secure as it is collected, analyzed, stored, and discarded

  • Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend customer success plan updates

  • Work with multi-functional teams to research, develop and deliver Business Intelligence solutions, from concept to design and implementation

  • Implement additional product features or enhancements to existing reporting solutions

  • SQL querying for better results

  • Gathering of data requirements on KPIs and metrics directly from the end-users and mapping those requirements to the data warehouse models

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of change requests

  • Design interactive cards and/or dashboards that integrate the main customer requirements as well as any relevant feedback that may arise following the proof-of-concept phase

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and standard processes in customer success analytics

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and dashboarding techniques

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

  • Ability to recognize patterns and trends in large data sets and develop dashboard & apps strategies

  • Prior experience in an analytics role is preferred

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and customer success platforms is a plus.
