Independently create quotations for Customers and ensure requests are handled at a high quality, accurately and in time. Primary support resource for our customers, partners and outside sales team; technical advisor and product advocate.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Prequalify customer requests for quotation to ensure that a quote will meet the customers’ application and operational needs and explore opportunities for additional products or services.
Contact customers (via email and phone), collaborate with outside sales to understand customer requirements and establish sales strategy.
Prepare and send customer quotations that are on time, technically accurate, commercially verified, and offer the best all-round solution.
Pro-active follow-up of quotations with customers as agreed with Outside Sales.
Negotiate sales orders within agreed delegation of authority.
Contact inactive customers to reactivate the relationship and explore opportunities.
Answer customer questions, both technical and commercial.
Maintain accurate and complete records in CRM and other tools as required.
Document customer satisfaction feedback in CRM, following up as appropriate.
Provide product- and application information to external- and internal customers.
Communicate with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, specials, etc. Provide after-sales service, including first-line troubleshooting, to customers.
General coordination of customer-related activities, e.g., Try&Buy, inspections, documentation.
Attend meetings with customers and/or field sales and sales meetings as required.
For This Role, You Will Need:
University degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, or chemical preferred)
0-2 years of relevant experience in technical-commercial sales (preferably in the process automation industry).
Languages: French – advanced level (minimum B2), English – advanced level ((minimum B2)
PC skills: Office
