Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Order Entry Clerk in Collierville, Tennessee. As part of our team, the Customer Order Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring all customer orders are entered accurately. The role involves handling both internal and external customer inquiries, as well as managing vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Enter and process customer orders with precision and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them promptly
• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial transactions
• Manage inbound calls and provide timely and accurate responses
• Maintain and manage relationships with vendors
• Utilize CRM tools effectively for customer relationship management
• Understand and effectively navigate the freight/trucking process. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary for managing financial transactions.
• Familiarity with CRM software to maintain customer relationships and manage data effectively.
• Experience in answering inbound calls, as it is a crucial part of customer service.
• Expertise in order entry to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders.
